In the event, you prefer to use another purchase method other than our automated method, we will be happy to
assist you. Information can be taken over the phone. Please DO NOT include your credit card information in an
e-mail. This is not a secure method of sending information. MapsNovaScotia will NEVER e-mail you asking for
your password, financial, or credit card information.
When you visit our website, we collect your:

Information is stored as long as it is required for business needs. If you set up an account, this information will be kept as long as you require. Order information is kept for seven years for income tax purposes.

and will only be used to process your order. Your credit card information will not be stored on our system, but only passed to the authority
who processes the credit card transaction.
This process is similar to buying groceries with your credit card at your local grocery store where they use electronic card readers.
You hand the cashier your credit card; The cashier swipes the card and the card information is sent to an authority who processes the card; A
response is received from the authority in the form of a receipt; You and the store get a copy of the receipt as proof of the transaction.
At no point is the card number recorded by the cashier. MapsNovaScotia will NEVER email you asking for your password, financial or credit
card information.
